Carpal Tunnel syndrome Actually what’s this? This syndrome is a symptom of the pain, tingling, numbness in fingers or hands. Wear a wrist band that can prevent injury to your wrists and can help to keep your wrists in a neutral position and does not add to the burden of your median nerve.
